Eligibility Criteria for HAL Recruitment 2021
Design Trainee (40 Posts)
- Candidates should have Engineering Degree (4 years after 10+2) in Aeronautical/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized institute.
- Current final-year students are also eligible to apply for this post.
Management Trainee (60 Posts)
- Candidates should have Engineering Degree (4 years after 10+2) in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Metallurgy with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized institute.
- Current final-year students are also eligible to apply for this post.

Upper age limit is 28 years as of 5th April 2021

Selection Process of HAL Recruitment without GATE
- The candidate has to apply for HAL Recruitment 2021
- The final selection will be based on an Online Selection Test + Interview
- The test consists of 3 Parts i.e. General Awareness, English & Reasoning, and Engineering Discipline.
- The final selection shall be prepared by assigning 85% weightage for Online Test & 15% marks for the interview.
