HAL Design & Management Trainee 2021 Exam Syllabus: Hindustan Aeronautical Limited announce the HAL Recruitment 2021 for Design & Management Trainee. There is a total of 100 vacancies in HAL.

This recruitment application form starts from 17th March 2021 at 15:00 Hrs and the last date to fill the application form will be 5th April 2021 till 15:00 hrs. This year HAL planning to do this recruitment in two stages i.e.
1) Online Selection Test
2) Interview.

HAL Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

• HAL’s selection process consists of an All-India-based Online Selection Test and Interview.
• Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for the Online Test.
• The candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of Online Test marks in order of merit in the ratio of 1: 5 to the number of vacancies in each discipline and category.
• The final Merit List shall be prepared by assigning the weightage of 85% marks for the Online Test and 15% marks for the Interview.

HAL Recruitment 2021 Exam Pattern

HAL’s Online Selection Test will follow below exam pattern:

• The test will be of Two and Half hours duration
• The test will be in three parts & comprising of Only Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• A test can be taken in Hindi or English
• There is NO NEGATIVE Marking in Online Selection Test

Hindustan Aeronautical Limited conducts the Online Selection Test for this HAL Recruitment. Here the syllabus will be similar to the GATE exam syllabus. So, if you already prepare for the GATE examination then the Online Selection Test will be easy for you. 

General Awareness: Static GK, Current Affairs, General Science, Miscellaneous. 

English & Reasoning: English Proficiency – Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Composition. Logical Reasoning – Verbal/Non-Verbal Reasoning
