Pay Scale for NPCIL Recruitment through GATE 2024
During Training
Monthly Stipend – Rs. 55,000/-
One-time Book Allowance – Rs. 18,000/-
Mandatory Lodging & Boarding – In NPCIL Hostels.
On Appointment
Executive Trainee will be appointed as Scientific Officer/C in Group ‘A’ after successful completion of training.

Bond Detail for NPCIL Recruitment through GATE 2024
Chosen applicants have to execute an agreement and bond for Rs. 4,30,000/- to serve NPCIL for at least three years after successfully completing training.
Selection Process for NPCIL Recruitment through GATE
Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of GATE 2024 / GATE 2023 / GATE 2022 Scores for the Interview process.
Final selection will only depend upon performance in the Personal Interview. The Personal Interview will consist of 100 Marks. The qualifying marks are as follows :
General Category – 70 Marks
SC/ST/OBC/PWD – 60 Marks
The final selection merit list of applicants will be prepared based on the number of vacancies and the marks scored in the Personal Interview.
Application Fee for NPCIL Recruitment through GATE
Only Male applicants from the General / OBC category are required to pay Rs. 500/- as application fees. Others are exempted from it.

- Apply for GATE 2024/2023/2022.
- Fill the online application form for NPCIL, and enter the GATE Registration number carefully along with other details.
- Make the payment if required. Only after payment of the fee, the online application form can be viewed/printed.
