Eligibility Criteria for GATE 2027

Nationality: Indian and foreign nationals are eligible to apply for the GATE examination.

GATE 2027 Application Form
The GATE Application form will be started on the 1st Week of September 2022. Eligible candidates can fill out online applications only by visiting the official website of GATE 2027. The applicant needs to fill in the following details:
- Name, Email Id, Phone Number
- Education Qualification Details
- Upload the Photo, Signature & Eligibility Documents.
After filling in information & uploading the required documents candidates need to pay the application fees through Online modes such as net banking, debit card, credit card, UPI, etc. Now the candidate needs to submit the application form for the GATE Examination.

The syllabus for the GATE exam is purely based on the UG syllabus that you study in your 4 years of a degree. But for clarity, we list the important topics from the syllabus to get a better understanding.
General Aptitude (GA): This section is common for all the papers and it includes English Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, Word Groups, Data Interpretation, Quantitative Aptitude, etc.

GATE 2027 Admit Card
- GATE Admit Card will be provided for those candidates who successfully filled the application form & paid the application fee.
- The admit card will be released in the 1st Week of January 2027.
- Candidates can download the admit card of GATE 2027 from the official website using their logging ID & password.
- GATE Admit Card will not be sent by mail to individual candidates.
- Along with the admit card candidate should carry ONE ID Proof (passport, pan card, voter id, addhar card, college id, or driving license) to the exam hall.
GATE 2027 Response Sheet
After GATE 2027 examination, the GATE conducting authority releases the Candidate Response Sheet i.e. GATE 2022 Response Sheet. In this response sheet, candidates get the responses that they mark during the GATE 2027 examination.

GATE 2027 Result
The GATE 2027 Result will be published on 17th March 2027. Candidate can check their GATE Results by visiting & logging on to the official website with their ID & Password.
The GATE score will be valid for the Next 3 years so candidates can apply for admission with this score.
