Eligibility criteria for IIT Delhi M.Tech Admission 2018
- Minimum of 75% marks / 7.5 (on a 10 point scale) in B.E. /B.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent in appropriate branches (70% marks for SC /ST) for Direct Admission without test/Interview
- Minimum of 60% marks / 6.0 (on a 10 point scale) in B.E. /B.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent in appropriate branches (55% marks for SC /ST) for Direct Admission with test/Interview
- Candidates who have a valid GATE score (at the time of interview/written test) are eligible to apply for M.Tech.
- For all B.Tech. from IITs graduatin g with a CGPA of 8.0 or above, the requirement of qualification through GATE is waived off.
Financial Support for IIT Delhi M.Tech Admission 2018
Eligible candidates admitted to full-time M.Tech. programme will receive a monthly scholarship of Rs.12,400/-. The students in PGDIIT/ M.Tech. on Part time basis will not receive any stipend/scholarship.
